Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders ship from Hudson, New York. Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing excluding weekends and major holidays.

Free Shipping on U.S domestic orders over $75 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Shipping rates will be calculated at check-out.

Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box. 

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. shipping costs are non-refundable.**

**Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**

***Please note expedited shipping cost is for processing time only, Second Day and Next Day delivery costs will be calculated and billed additionally based on final package size weight, and destination. 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping on orders placed outside of the U.S at this time.
