Giveaway Period

The Quiet Botanist Summer Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins upon publication of the official Instagram giveaway post and ends on August 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET"). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of The Quiet Botanist, as well as those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, participants must:

  1. Follow @thequietbotanist on Instagram.
  2. Like the official Giveaway post.
  3. Comment on the Giveaway post and tag three (3) friends.

One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive one curated botanical gift collection including:

  • A curation of The Quiet Botanist signature candles
  • Handmade botanical soap bars
  • A selection of herbal teas
  • A floral tote
  • Botanical gift packaging

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): USD $500 per prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using Arbitery, an independent giveaway selection platform. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the Giveaway closes.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @thequietbotanist.

Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to a valid U.S. mailing address provided by each confirmed winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, Instagram handle, city, state, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Quiet Botanist, its owners, affiliates, employees, representatives, and Instagram from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and in accordance with The Quiet Botanist's Privacy Policy.

Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants understand that they are providing their information to The Quiet Botanist and not to Instagram.
