After reading "Wild Chocolate" from Rowan Jacobsen, I am obsessed with trying all of the single origin cacaos out there and this chocolate most certainly does not disappoint. It is a smooth and incredibly flavourful bar with fruity notes of cherries. I find that criollos are my favourite cacaos and the bonus is these chocolates are organic. Incredible flavour and texture, I highly recommend you try this chocolate bar.
