Join us at The Quiet Botanist in Hudson, NY to learn the art of designing and creating a dried floral wreath for indoor or outdoor use, to hang all year long.
We’ll show you how we go about creating the foundation of a wreath and how to incorporate movement, personality, and other embellishments. Starting with the base foliage and finishing with floral accents and different colored ribbons, we’ll have all the tools you’ll need to create a lovely wreath for your front door or inside your home. We'll also discuss the necessary tools for harvesting and arranging, as well as drying basics.
Each participant will make one medium to large wreath using dried plants of their choosing in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Come with your questions, as this intimate workshop will be about conversation and learning from one another – and surprising yourself, too!
